If you need to gain possession of a property, it can be a nightmare working out which form to use. There are fixed term notices (to be served during the intial term of the tenancy) and periodic, if the term has expired.
Okay, you've passed this hurdle - now getting the notice period dates correct... These are very difficult to work out. If you get it wrong, the court will through out your claim and you're back to square on.
