David Laycock

20 years experience at a senior level within Barclays Bank PLC – in roles as diverse as responsibility for Complaint Management and Customer Service across the UK, to implementing corporate accounting systems.

Since leaving Barclays in 2006, David has provided strategic business consulting services to a number of major FTSE 100 companies. At the same time he has built a large Yorkshire based property portfolio, and learned firsthand how to create consistent long term profits from property investments. 

Richard Watters

Has a track record in creating and running profitable businesses. Before getting involved in property he was M.D. and co-owner of a licensed toy distribution company, which was sold in 2000.

Founded A Quick Sale Ltd in 2003, which quickly grew to be the biggest residential property buying company in the UK, with over 5,000 properties now purchased. Has a sizeable property portfolio in the North East of England.

Angela Hunter

Has held senior roles in Call Centre Management and Marketing within the financial and property industries. Owns a number of properties including several Student HMO’s in Hull, and residential investments in Yorkshire and the North East.

Glenn Ackroyd

Qualified as a lawyer and spent 13 years specialising in Landlord and Tenant law. He joined Richard Watters upon the formation of A Quick Sale Limited, the UK’s largest homebuyer. He now owns a large number of residential properties throughout the north of England.

Glenn was Chairman of the Property Buyers Association which spearheaded a successful campaign for regulation of the Sell and Rent Back industry.
