Portfolio Review - worth £500 !

As you might expect, our process for taking on additional properties is also different.

The first thing we need to do is to discuss your properties with you, and ascertain the current status in terms of rent potential, current rent roll, rental amount achieved, arrears, voids, maintenance costs and condition. We’ll collate the information and then run it through our Portfolio Analyser process.

We’ll then produce a report that shows us both how your portfolio is performing. More importantly though, we’ll show you what we expect to achieve for you for the next 10 years. We have a number of techniques that maximise both the contracted rental amount and the actual amount collected. We'll suggest where, for example, you can benefit from using a Rent to Buy strategy, and where you could maximise rents with Housing Benefit tenants.

We provide these reports to both Borrowers and Lenders on a fee-charging basis, where medium or long term sustainability is a potential issue, typically charging £500 to £1,000. 

For potential NPG clients, we will produce this report free of charge. When you ask us to manage your properties, this will then form our target for the future. 

Should you decide not to use us after receiving the portfolio review, there is of course no obligation to do so.
