Our bespoke online property management system can give access to both Receivers and Lenders so that up to date information is available at all times.
We can work with you to maximise the returns for the benefit of both the Owner and the Lender, whatever the strategy for a particular property. Our core expertise is in efficient detailed and hands-on property management, and in particular in rent collection and arrears management.
Apart from the traditional exit strategies we can offer “Rent to Buy” where appropriate, through our sister company, Property People, where we can secure a future sale at a higher price than what could currently be achieved. In addition, the rent on such properties can be set at a premium level and voids and arrears are practically non-existent on properties offered through this scheme.
